DMCA Policy

This policy describes how copyright notices and counter-notices are handled for this service.

Effective date: May 9, 2026

DMCA contact: support@youtube-to-wav.online

Reference: 17 U.S.C. Section 512 (for U.S. notices)

1. Purpose

WAVConverter Pro respects intellectual property rights and responds to good-faith copyright complaints submitted in accordance with applicable law. This policy sets out the required information for notices and counter-notices.

2. How To Submit A Copyright Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work was infringed through this service, send a written notice to support@youtube-to-wav.online with the subject line DMCA Notice.

Your notice must include enough detail for evaluation and should include all items required under applicable law, including:

  • Your full legal name and contact information.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material and location details sufficient to locate it (URL, timestamp, request details where available).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rightsholder.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Review Process

After receiving a valid notice, we may take actions including content disablement, request blocking, or other appropriate measures while we review the complaint. We may request additional details if the initial notice is incomplete.

4. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe a removal or disablement was made in error, you may submit a counter-notice to support@youtube-to-wav.online with the subject line DMCA Counter-Notice.

Counter-notices should include applicable legal elements, generally including:

  • Your full legal name, address, email, and contact details.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its prior location details.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  • Consent to jurisdiction and service of process requirements where legally required.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Submitting false notices or counter-notices may create legal liability.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

We may suspend or block access associated with repeated or severe copyright abuse, especially where multiple valid notices indicate a pattern of infringement.

6. Misrepresentation

Anyone who knowingly misrepresents infringement or non-infringement may be liable for damages under applicable law. Notices should be submitted only after careful legal review by the sender.

7. Non-U.S. Complaints

For jurisdictions outside the United States, we also review legally valid intellectual property complaints under applicable local law. Include all required information for your jurisdiction when contacting us.

8. Privacy During Copyright Processing

Information submitted in notices may be used, stored, and shared as necessary to investigate, process, and resolve copyright matters. See our Privacy Policy for data-handling principles.

9. Contact

All copyright notices and counter-notices should be sent to support@youtube-to-wav.online.
