WAVConverter Pro provides web-based conversion tools for audio and video format conversion. The service is provided on an as-available basis and may include usage controls, limits, queueing, or temporary processing delays. The service may also include account registration, email verification, profile management, and registered-user quota features.
You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with laws and platform terms that apply to you. You represent that you have the right to submit the content URLs and files you process through the service.
If you create an account, you must provide an email address you control, keep your password confidential, and complete email verification before registered-user quota benefits are made available. Account benefits, including free allowances, paid credits, referral credits, and owner care bonus credits, remain subject to fair-use, abuse-prevention, technical, and legal controls.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have legal authorization to process content. Download or conversion of content from third-party platforms may be restricted by those platforms' terms, including YouTube terms.
WAVConverter Pro does not grant rights to third-party content and does not endorse infringement. Copyright owners may submit notices under our DMCA Policy.
The service interface, code, branding, page content, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service itself without prior written authorization.
We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features at any time for legal, operational, security, or technical reasons. We may also block requests or access that appear abusive, non-compliant, or harmful.
The service may include a limited free allowance for guests and verified accounts. Verified accounts currently receive 5 free conversions every 3 days, subject to fair-use and abuse-prevention controls.
Additional paid credits may be offered through offline payment. Paid credits are added only after the payment request is reviewed and approved by the operator. Credits are not a right to bypass security, legal, file-size, queue, or infrastructure controls.
Referral credits are intended only for inviting real, separate people to create their own accounts. The current referral reward is 2 bonus credits for the invited user and 2 bonus credits for the inviter when a valid referral is accepted.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAVConverter Pro and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum amount required by applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WAVConverter Pro and its operators from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and costs (including legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal exposure, or threatened service security or stability.
Sections that by nature should survive termination, including liability limitations and indemnification, remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the service operator is established, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Before formal dispute action, both parties should first attempt good-faith resolution by contacting support.
If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of future enforcement rights.
